Inspired by a brief conversation the other day, I've begun work on a new illustrated narrative that will most likely take place in short comic strip serial format (1-4 panels). Originally entitled "Grave Friends" the story is based on a lonely grave digger looking for a companion in all the wrong places. It has since developed into something a little more in depth, falling somewhere between Pinocchio and Frankestein with an expanded cast that includes the Grave Digger, his Creation, a meddlesome Crow and an army of the Undead.
